SLOW COOKED PANCAKES | HEALTHY CHOICE

I posted this not long ago, but felt it was relevant because I am indulging in them today!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
3 large extra ripe bananas (or 6 small)
blueberries and strawberries
greek  or dairy free yogurt
lemon
agave nectar

In a blender add eggs and banana and mix
low heat a pan with a little coconut oil (or olive)
with a large table spoon add the mixture to the pan allow 2 spoonfuls per pancake
cook them for 6-8 minutes turning when necessary (be sure to keep the heat low or else they will burn!)
top with freshly squeezed lemon, blueberries, strawberries, yogurt and agave to sweeten.
