RASPBERRY LEMONADE| I love a refreshing fizzy drink on a hot summer day, but coke, sprite and all the other branded crap are full of, well, crap. So I like to make my own fizzy drinks. Check out my homemade lemonade recipe here. 

INGREDIENTS| 200g raspberries, 1 lemon, 1 lime, 4 tablespoons agave nectar and sparkling or tonic water.

All you do is blend the raspberries to a paste, or crush them with a fork, add the juice of one lemon & lime, add 500ml of sparkling water and sieve through a jug to remove any bits, personally I like it with bits but Curtis doesn't so this is my bit remover trick! Finally add your agave to sweeten. Add some ice cubes and enjoy. (It's kind of sour so if you can't handle it add more water!)

Little tip: You can freeze the mix and make ice lollies. YUM! It's a healthier alternative for children they will never know it's full of goodness.
