EASY FISH DISH | GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE

6:00 am

INGREDIENTS
Carrots
Spinach
Asparagus
Potatoes
Fish of choice, I normally use salmon or haddock as I am not a lover of fishy fish but these aren't to fishy tasting.....

FOR THE SAUCE
Parsley
25g Plain gluten free flour
25g Spread of choice
215ml Milk (I use almond)

Cook vegetables to taste, I steam mine its the healthiest way to keep all the nutrition. Wrap your fish in some foil with some sunflower spread on top and pop it in the oven for however long it needs, it depends on the depth and length of fish I normally get mine cut into meal sizes so I can freeze what I am not using!
For the sauce, super easy add flour into a little saucepan, then gently pour your milk bit by bit whilst stirring in the flour once its all mixed together add your butter whilst stirring add some fresh parsley and serve on your cooked dinner.

Don't forget to stir the sauce as your heating it or else you'll end up with a lumpy sauce that cannot always be saved.
