Bathroom #shelfie

Eating healthy comes naturally for me during summer so I always look my best. I crave fruits and salads. Winter always has my skin looking a mess... this year it's worse than ever (well except last year) since pregnancy my hormones have been that of a teenage moi. Spots all the time, dry and dehydrated skin. I'm currently working things out from the inside with my first ever super healthy balanced diet during winter! I wanted to share with you some of the products that have been helping me from the outside.

So here it is my bathroom #shelfie

I was introduced to the incredible Aurelia probiotic skincare* range at a blogging event last year. I had literally just read about the brand & owner in  natural health magazine, so when I noticed they'd be attending the event I was super excited I'd get to try some products hands on! Aurelia were kind enough to send me out some skincare to trial. I am currently using the Miracle cleanser which is a cream based cleanser (my favourite types of cleansers are cream or oil based I find them very moisturising and easy to apply, they're also non drying). This sweeps away makeup and dirt with such a small amount of product. It has a lovely scent and texture. I then use their cloth to remove the product. It leaves my skin with a lovely dewy glow. £32.00|120ml Once or twice weekly depending on how clogged my pores feel, I use the refine and polish miracle balm its a oily gel like consistency the texture is bitty it contains natural rice bran beads that help unclog pores without being too abrasive. This really helps brighten my skin and leaves it feeling really refreshed. Slightly more expensive at £57|75ml These both work really well together and I highly recommend both products.

To moisturise I have been using a sample by Odylique their 24 hour replenishing cream. Absolutely love how moisturising this is I have learnt to use a little less as its so moisturising you do not need much product at all. Its very lightweight and absorbs into the skin very easily. Leaves a slight glow to the skin I don't like moisturisers that are too mattyfying I like wearing this without makeup on minimal spot days! Ive noticed a dramatic difference in fine lines so would highly recommend for a winter moisturiser I always notice fine lines more during the winter. The product contain 94.1% organic ingredients, some of which are avocado, frankincense and horsetail. I am intrigued to see what else the brand has to offer £20|50ml
Lovely jubilees by lush is always in my bathroom cabinet, its a must after showers and baths to keep my decolletage nice and firm. Did you know its one of the first areas that shows signs of ageing? Read my full review here.

Angela langford eye serum. Loving this so much. It's a must have my eye area is always in bad condition due to lack of sleep #momlife I haven't changed eye serums in about 3 years so totally didn't expect to like this. One thing I love in particular is that its applied using a roller ball, you can't get a more gentle application than that can you?  I love it. The applicator is fantastic, like I said we need to be gentle with the eye area and the roller ball is absolutely genius, you can't get more gentle than that! The scent, so refreshing I put that down to the cooling cucumber, it also contains rosehip and argan (two of my favourite oils) both are powerful age defyers. Its lasting me forever... so the price is pretty damn good too at £19.50. Most eye creams/serums are very unafordable and qualit-less...(sorry I like to make up words) You can purchase your Angel eyes here

Laidbare's for richer for porer mask is the perfect product for oily/combo skin types. Oily skin types generally have larger pores which can sometimes look unflattering especially with makeup on. I have found that my skin looks a lot nicer. Although really spotty at the moment it does look better in a sense because it looks more 'airbrushed' after foundation. I also like to use it as a gentle exfoliate. Its a very moisturising mask too and has a really gorgeous scent. I'll be looking into more products from this brand. At £6.99|50ml its super affordable!

I absolutely love three organics and they've just recently sent me their restoring hair oil* . Post pregnancy and all my hair's been falling out the texture has changed and its much dryer and very lifeless. This winter weather doesn't help and the fact that I have a hormone imbalance. I am really loving this addition to my haircare regime. I have noticed great difference in the texture of my hair. It says to apply the oil to damp hair/roots but there is no way I can go out with this in my roots my scalp gets far to oily and it leaves my hair looking greasy. I love applying it through the mid lengths and ends as my hair is curly/frizzy it leaves it with a lovely shine without weighing my hair down. With regards to using it for my roots I leave it in over night and wash it out the next day I have found that both oils that I have used work well like this and both offer different benefits to my hair. I highly rate both oils that I have tried. Read my review on the salvation oil here. You only need such a small amount the oils last forever! £17.50|100ml
I don't often use a toner but I have recently just started using balm balm frankincense soothing facial tonic I think the blend is perfect for this time of year. It smells really lovely and refreshes my skin throughout the day. I also like applying it over makeup to set it or freshen it up during the day. You can purchase 100ml for just £15.50 which is super affordable. This is perfect for if you are travelling I always take a spray toner onto aeroplanes because the air conditioning drys out my skin terribly! Frankincense is said to improve deep breathing I really enjoy spritzing it over my face before a yoga session. I really want to try some of Balm balms other facial tonics.

Whats on your bathroom #shelfie?
